1. Introduction

Welcome to Nextora Creations ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us"). By engaging our services, you ("Client", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. "Free Website Design" Engagement Model

Our core offer involves designing and developing a standard 5-page business website at no development cost to you.

  • Inclusions: Design, HTML/CSS coding, Responsive Layouot, Basic SEO Setup.
  • Exclusions: Domain Name registration costs, Web Hosting fees, Premium Plugins, Content Writing, and Ongoing Maintenance (unless subscribed).
  • Client Obligation: You are responsible for purchasing your own Domain and Hosting. We will guide you, but the direct payment for these assets must be made by you to the provider.

3. "Pay Only For Results" Policy

We operate on a risk-free basis for standard websites. We build the site first.
Approval: Upon completion, you will review the website.
Rejection: If you are not satisfied with the quality, you are under NO obligation to pay us. However, in this event, you do not retain any rights to the design, code, or assets we created.
Acceptance: Once you approve the site and it is deployed to your domain, the engagement is considered complete.

4. Intellectual Property

Before Payment/Handover: Nextora Creations retains full ownership of all code, designs, and assets.
After Handover: Upon successful deployment (and payment for any premium services if applicable), detailed rights to the final website code are transferred to the Client. Nextora Creations specifically retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Custom Web Applications

For custom development projects (Starting ₹25,000+), terms differ from the "Free Website" offer.
- A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.
- Milestones and deliverables will be defined in a separate proposal.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nextora Creations will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party hosting providers.
